Curious Doe 12

She came out while Josh, our boys and I were sitting in the yard having a bonfire, so I snuck up to the pool and laid on the grass to take some pictures of her. She comes around a lot, an old doe with a fawn - sadly the fawn never came out. Eventually it will, though, as it gets older and I can get some shots if you guys are interested.

This girl though. She ate for a few minutes at the feeder and then came walking up part of the way to me. I'd say I was no more the 20 yards from her at the closest point; she's wild, but she's also city-fied and not that scared of humans anymore.

Welcome to Metro Detroit. Maybe the smog has eaten her brains.
